Summer Camp Imformation

Now that you’re signed up and ready to participate, let’s make sure you have all the information you need for your campers to have a fun and safe Summer Camp experience!

Location And Hours

Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday 8 AM-3 PM

Before and After Care is available from 7 AM-8 AM ($35); after 3 PM-5 PM ($55)  

Age Requirements 

Camp is open for children 3.5-12 yrs. old. Children must be potty-trained.

What To Wear

● Athletic shoes are preferred. NO OPEN-TOED SHOES!

● Weather-appropriate clothing; hats for outdoor time are strongly encouraged.

● Sunscreen – Please apply a long-lasting sunscreen at home in the morning before arriving at camp. Camp staff will remind campers to apply sunscreen. Staff cannot apply sunscreen to children without written consent

What To Bring 

● LABEL ALL ITEMS with your child’s FIRST AND LAST NAME. We are not responsible for personal items or equipment brought to the program and strongly recommend that participants leave expensive items at home.

● Two NUTRITIOUS snacks, a sack lunch, and a plastic water bottle must be brought on a daily basis (No Glass Bottles allowed) Campers will have access to a microwave and refrigerator; please put an ice pack in lunch, if needed. We are a “peanut/nut-free zone.”

● Campers should NOT bring outside toys, such as trading cards, electronic game devices, wheeled shoes, etc., to camp. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items.

Cell Phones and Electronic Devices 

Cell phones and other electronic devices will not be allowed in camp for any reason. On the first offense, participants will be asked to put the device away. If the item is brought out a second time, the item will be taken away by the Camp Counselor and given to the Program Manager, who will then return it to the parent at the time of pick up.

Policies

Sign in/Sign Out Policy. Campers must be signed in/out daily. Only people listed on the Emergency Form may sign out campers. All authorized persons (including parents) are required to show ID.  All campers must be signed into the program by an adult.

Late Pick-Up Policy. Parents/guardians must be on time when picking up their child. In case of emergencies, it is important that you have listed all individuals authorized to pick up your child on the Participant Health and Information Form.

  • First Time: First occurrence, the date and time will be documented.

  • Second Time: The date and time will be documented, and a verbal/written reminder will be given.

  • Three or More Times: Repeated infractions may result in your child’s suspension from the program.

 

Illness 

To help prevent the spread of disease, we are not permitted to care for children who are ill. Please inform us if your child contracts a communicable disease such as COVID-19, measles, chickenpox, conjunctivitis (pink eye), influenza, etc.

Program modifications. If your camper is in need of special modifications, including accessible options complete the program modification form and submit it before the camp begins. To ensure we have time to provide the accommodation, submit the form early.
